Welcome to Preserves by No.14, a range of artisan preserves made in small batches in Leicestershire.

My name is Dawn and my passion for food lead me to spend 20+ years in the hospitality industry. However in 2021 I discovered that actually being in a kitchen is my happy place.

I use traditional methods to produce a range of jams & curds, chutneys & relishes as well as condiments & pickles.

Everything is made using only natural ingredients, there are no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

Besides a number of traditional flavours in the collection, you will also discover some more imaginative combinations I have developed. I love spending time working on new products that are just that little bit different.

My range is produced in my wonderful parents' kitchen. My professional hospitality background ensures all regulations are understood and fully adhered to. I am proud to hold a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
