Please read these Terms & Conditions before engaging with the website owned by No.14 Gifts & Accessories.
Conducting any transactions or engaging in any services of this website denotes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions of the website you may not access any services we provide.
In order to be able to make any purchases through this website, it is necessary to register an account with No.14 Gifts & Accessories. You will be required to register your email address and a password. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to restrict access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.
When an order has been placed with No.14 Gifts & Accessories, you will receive a confirmation email to indicate that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. This term has been included to protect us in the event that a pricing or supply mistake has occurred. In the case of a price amendment, we will contact you to ensure that the correct price is acceptable before processing the order.
No.14 Gifts & Accessories reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content and cancel orders.
Product images and descriptions
All attempts are made for the product descriptions and images to be as accurate as possible. Images may be slightly different, but represent the actual product. The colour and shades of the images may appear different depending on the screen or monitor used.
No.14 Gifts & Accessories does not certify that all descriptions on this site are error free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all stock levels are accurate, there my be occasion when you try to order a product that is out of stock. If this happens you will be emailed to let you know the situation. We will back order the product where ever possible. However you will always have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund if you would rather not wait.
On occasion, stock may be discontinued and we are not able to supply. In this case you will be provided with a full refund.
All prices for products and services include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
When an order is placed via the website, you will have a choice to either pay via Debit/Credit Card or through PayPal. If you choose PayPal then you will be redirected to PayPal. You have the choice to login into a PayPal account or checkout as a PayPal guest. You will have the choice of payment methods (Debit/Credit Card or PayPal Account). Your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security. No card details will be stored on our website.
Dispatch and delivery
We will aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt of payment. If you purchase multiple items, they should be delivered together, but please note this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to inform you of this.
No.14 Gifts & Accessories will deliver your products via Royal Mail, DPD, Interparcel or My Hermes. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. On occasion we may need to pass your telephone number to the courier so you can be contacted regarding delivery.
We will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 3-5 working days. We accept no liability for any delay in failure to deliver within our estimated time scales.
As the customer, you are responsible to supply correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money due to postage if incorrect details have been provided.
As stated all our deliveries require a signature. If a person other than the named customer signs for the delivery, the liability for that item still belongs to the named customer.
It is imperative to ensure that you check the packaging of your delivery before you sign the delivery note. Please inform us immediately if you receive an open or damaged parcel.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) a customer has the right to return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the date of delivery. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if you intend to return an unwanted item.
Unwanted items must be returned in an unopened, unused, saleable condition in order to be entitled to a refund. Liability for return postage of any unwanted items is upon you, the customer.
Should a faulty or damaged item be received, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email to email@example.com. Once we receive photographic evidence of damaged goods, we will dispatch a replacement order, or refund. Items will be replaced at no cost to you.
Any missing items from your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. Claims made after that period will not be honoured.
